退換貨須知

Refund & Returns Policy

• 實體商品享「收到隔日起 7 天鑑賞期」，須保持全新、未使用，包裝與配件完整。 Physical items have a 7-day inspection period from the day after delivery — unused, with packaging and accessories intact.

• 已綁定／已刻字／個人化的守護卡，以及數位商品（影片祝福、數位名片）屬客製品，恕不適用鑑賞期。 Bound, engraved or personalized cards, and digital products (video greetings, digital cards) are custom-made and not eligible for return.

• 退款於商品退回並審核後人工處理；信用卡退款依發卡行作業，約數個工作天至一個帳單週期。 Refunds are processed manually after the item is returned and reviewed. Card refunds follow your bank's timeline — several business days up to one billing cycle.

• 因瑕疵或本公司出錯而退貨，往返運費由我們負擔；其餘退貨運費由買方負擔。 For defects or our error, we cover round-trip shipping; otherwise return shipping is covered by the buyer.
